Half board and full board |
Although housing is equipped to cook, we propose you half board and full board with the conditions below :
Half board : breakfast and dinner for 28 euros / person day
Full board : breakfast, lunch and dinner for 44 euros / person day
You can also choose a single service, breakfast, lunch or dinner with the rates below.
Breakfast : In the beautiful days, we propose you a breakfast in the form of buffet at "la Treille". The rest of the year we propose you a breakfast in every accommodation. We put these at your disposal in the refrigerator and you consume them when you wish it. You can make warm drinks by using coffee-maker and teapot at your disposal. Rate : 9€.
Picnic basket : We suggest you realizing a picnic basket adapted to your activity, hiking, biking... In case of departure very early, we put your picnic basket in your refrigerator. Rate : 10€.
Lunch : At the summer months, we propose you a lunch at "la Treille" or in our restaurant "du Côté de chez Swann" in Apt, 6 kilometers away from "La Colline des Ocres". Rate : 15 or 19 €.
Dinner : idem Lunch. Rate : 19 €.

Bed linen and bathroom linen : 20 € by week and by bed.
Baby bed and baby sheet : 20 € a week
VTT : detailed rate at the reception
TV : 40 € a week

At your disposal : In the raised domain five hectares, big swimming pool with flood (230 m2), volleyball ground, badminton, table tennis, games and gaming room for children, phone, library.
In July / August : refreshments and ices, animations (Provençal and magic evenings, rando-ballad, a picnic, creative workshops …).

Short stays :
2 nights, 30 % of the price of the week. 3 nights, 50 % of the price of
the week. Supplementary night : + 15 % of the price of the week.
Sly price : except July / August; - 10 % for any stay of 2 consecutive weeks. -15% from 3 consecutive weeks.

General applicable conditions of sale until 31/12/2012
Bookings and stays : Your booking is actual
from the reception of your deposit and your bulletin of registration
duly filled. This one is confirmed to you by mail paper or by e mail.
The number of people will not be able to exceed the number of place of
the attributed flat and\or that mentioned on the bulletin of booking.
Arrival and departure : Arrival saturdays from 3pm to 7pm.
Departure saturdays before 10am. It is imperative to respect these schedules.
Rates : They are presented within the framework of a fixed price based
on overnight stays. Any shortened stay will not be able to be the
object of a repayment.
Payment : At the booking a deposit of 25 % of
the amount of the stay is wanted, a month before your arrival you must
pay the pay of your stay. If booking is made less than a month before
your arrival, you will pay the totality of the stay at the booking.
After these delays your booking will be cancelled. Pledge : It will be
restored to you at the end of the stay except in the case of breaking,
loss of material, deterioration of which you would be responsible. The
restraint of the pledge does not exclude a supplementary compensation
if expenses would be superior to the amount of that pledge. The pledge
can be restored to you by mail a month after your departure, notably if
you leave the village except the opening hours of the reception.
Responsibility : if a customer causes physical or material injury, his civil liability will be able to be looked for.
Optional assurance : you can sign a cancellation assurance. If you want, a form will be sent to you.
Modification of the dates of the stay : only
by recommended mail (date of the proving post office) and will give
place to a reparation: more than 21 days before the arrival / 15
€, between 20 and 10 days / 30 % of the amount of the stay, less
than 10 days / 80 % of the same amount.
Total or partial cancellation : only by
recommended mail (date of the proving post office) and will give place
to a reparation: more than 45 days before the arrival / 15 €,
between 44 and 30 days / 35 €, between 29 and 21 days / 25 % of
the amount of the stay, between 20 and 10 days / 50 %, less than 10
days the totality of the amount of the stay. The fact of not appearing
is like a cancellation.
For your animals : they are allowed under
reserve of the elementary hygiene rules, capacities veterinarians (pad
of inoculation up to date, …) and of the regulation of the
village.
Tourist taxes: 0,66 € per person and per day.
File expenses: Free.
