Half board and full board
Half board :breakfast and dinner for 32 euros / person day
Full board : breakfast, lunch and dinner for 47 euros / person day
Breakfast: In the beautiful days, we propose you a breakfast in the form of buffet at "la Treille". The rest of the year we propose you a breakfast in every accommodation. We put these at your disposal in the refrigerator and you consume them when you wish it. You can make warm drinks by using coffee-maker and teapot at your disposal. Rate : 12€.
Panier pique-nique Picnic basket: We suggest you realizing a picnic basket adapted to your activity, hiking, biking... In case of departure very early, we put your picnic basket in your refrigerator. Rate : 15€.
Lunch: At the summer months, we propose you a lunch at "la Treille" or in our restaurant "Mona Lisa" in Apt, 6 kilometers away from "La Colline des Ocres". Rate : 25 €.
Dinner: Same as Lunch. Rate : 25 €.
Possibility of rent:
Bed linen and bathroom linen : 20 € by week and by bed.
Baby bed and baby sheet : 20 € a week
VTT : detailed rate at the reception
TV : 40 € a week
Option final cleaning (charged if need be) : 49€

General Terms and Conditions of Sale applicable until 31/12/2015
Reservations and stays: Your reservation becomes effective upon receipt of your deposit and your duly completed registration form. It will be confirmed to you by post or by email. The number of persons may not exceed the capacity of the allocated accommodation and/or the number indicated on the booking form.
Arrival and departure: Arrival on Saturday between 3:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m.
Departure before 10:00 a.m. These times must be strictly respected.
Rates: Prices are presented as a package based on overnight stays. Any shortened stay will not be eligible for a refund.
Payment: A deposit of 25% of the total stay amount is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid one month before your arrival. If the reservation is made less than one month before arrival, the full amount must be paid at the time of booking. After these deadlines, your reservation will be cancelled. Security deposit: It will be returned at the end of your stay except in the event of breakage, loss of equipment, or damage for which you are responsible. Retaining the security deposit does not exclude additional compensation if the costs exceed the deposit amount. The deposit may be returned to you by post within one month after your departure, especially if you leave the property outside reception opening hours.
Liability: If a guest causes personal injury or property damage, their civil liability may be engaged.
Optional insurance: You may take out cancellation insurance. A form will be sent to you upon request.
Modification of stay dates: Only by registered mail (postmark as proof) and subject to the following fees: more than 21 days before arrival / €15, between 20 and 10 days / 30% of the stay amount, less than 10 days / 80% of the same amount.
Full or partial cancellation: Only by registered mail (postmark as proof) and subject to the following fees: more than 45 days before arrival / €15, between 44 and 30 days / €35, between 29 and 21 days / 25% of the stay amount, between 20 and 10 days / 50%, less than 10 days the full amount of the stay. Failure to show up is considered a cancellation.
For your pets: Pets are allowed subject to basic hygiene rules, veterinary regulations (up-to-date vaccination record, etc.), and the rules of the holiday village.
Tourist tax 2026: €1.38 per person per day
Booking fees: Free of charge.
